Online travel sites are numerous, but a new site, called CheapoTickets.co, scans all of them and locates the most affordable rates for travelers.
Denver, CO (PRWEB) October 09, 2012
With the holiday season rapidly approaching, many families and individuals are beginning to think about their winter travel plans, even consulting online travel sites to help locate the cheapest rates. While websites providing discounted travel packages are plentiful, and include such well-known brands as Priceline.com and Expedia, actually determining which of these sites offers the best deal can be difficult. A new website, called CheapoTickets.co, is seeking to change that; the site has just launched, with the mission of eliminating all the legwork and guesswork from online travel bookings, and ultimately helping travelers locate the cheapest airline rates.
According to the site’s developer, Jason Kay, CheapoTickets.co works differently from all of the other airline sites out there. “Sites like Expedia try to sell cheap tickets to consumers, but what we do is different,” explains Kay. “We do not sell tickets. Rather, CheapoTickets.co scans all of the leading travel sites out there, and shares the best ticket deals currently available. If you want to quickly find out which site is currently offering the best packages or rates, CheapoTickets.co can help.”
The newly launched site checks all of the leading travel sites and provides up-to-date information about current discounts and deals. Included in the CheapoTickets.co database are such recognizable brands as Travelocity, Orbitz, CheapOAir, and Kayak, as well as the online ticket portals of airlines like Jet Blue and Southwest.
In addition to its regular updates regarding online travel deals, CheapoTickets.co also provides consumers with general information, including articles about how to obtain the best airfare rates, how to avoid scams, and more.
According to Jason Kay, the site is all about delivering knowledge and convenience to the consumer. “Whether you travel frequently or you only travel once a year or so, it is always important to locate the best, most affordable airline tickets,” he explains. “The good news, for the consumer, is that there are so many websites that offer different deals. It is ultimately a mixed blessing, though, because scanning all of those sites and comparing prices is time-consuming and sometimes frustrating.”
CheapoTickets.co seeks to alleviate that frustration and provide travelers with heightened convenience. “Now, you can find information about all the best deals, all in one place,” says Kay. “CheapoTickets.co provides travelers with the information they need to quickly and easily make smart purchasing decisions.”
