Isola Bella has introduced a new option in Oklahoma City for apartment residents.
Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) January 23, 2013
Isola Bella has introduced a new option in Oklahoma City for apartment residents: Hospitality Residences. These apartment homes provide residents with service amenities of a full-service hotel, including housekeeping, dining options with bar, laundry service, health club with spa, courtesy cars, extended cable, telephone, internet and other services. Isola Bella developed these services to meet the needs of busy professionals and others that want to use their free time for something other than domestic work. The compliment of home and service has proven very attractive to empty nesters as well as young professionals.
“We have seen a lot of empty nesters and young professionals that want to be able to enjoy their free time to the fullest. By delivering not only a quality home, but all domestic services, our residents can actually enjoy our fitness center, spa and other amenities. It offers a carefree approach that was just missing from the available options,” said Melissa Wheeler, the general manager. Isola Bella offers various levels of service amenities in different packages so that residents can choose those they desire, and not pay for others they do not.
“Residents have always wanted these services, but before had to buy expensive condominiums above hotels to get the service. Isola Bella has brought these services at a value that saves our residents both time and money,” said Joseph Mansour, Principal of Accord Interests, LLC, the operator of the property. “When we introduce people to this concept, we sit together and discuss what they are currently paying for restaurants, internet, cable and all of the other services and amenities we provide. Nearly always, our residents save both money and time, because we are able to deliver luxury services at an affordable price. That is our goal, and we are proud of what we have to offer.”
Residents have come from a variety of sources, including other luxury apartments, former home owners and new arrivals to Oklahoma City. “Why rent just a traditional apartment, when you can pick and choose your own amenities from one of our service packages and actually save money and time,” said Ms. Wheeler. Isola Bella has introduced the Hospitality Residences in specially-upgraded apartment homes that feature granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, tiled floors and other special appointments.
These types of services have always been available for those able to afford luxury condominiums that are developed as part of a hotel. However, bringing these services to mid-tier apartment residences is novel not only for Oklahoma City, but for other areas of the country as well. Serviced apartments are also common in other parts of the world including Europe, India and China. However, serviced apartments are not widely available in the United States. The company indicates that similar developments are planned for San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and San Diego.
"Our challenge is to find a way to bring more to our residents and maintain a real value. That has always required that we be innovative in our approach to the housing market," said Joseph Mansour. “Isola Bella’s Hospitality Residences are a great example of how we can creatively combine luxury service with value for our residents."
