Former Atos VP to Lead NACR Managed and Maintenance Services
EAGAN, Minn., Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Communications technology and systems integration expert NACR is pleased to announce that Joseph Fabrizio has joined the company as Vice President of Managed Services and Maintenance Delivery effective September 2, 2014. Formerly Vice President of Global Accounts at Atos IT Services, he will be based at the NACR operations in Atlanta and report to John F. Lyons, President and CEO of NACR.

As Vice President of Managed Services and Maintenance Delivery, Fabrizio is responsible for customer support delivered under the NACR-branded Ovation Managed Service portfolio, the company's state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers (NOCs), and its Managed Services Support Center (MSSC) operations. He will also be integral in helping to shape the strategic direction of NACR's maintenance, managed, and hosted services moving forward.
Fabrizio has more than 25 years of experience directing global operations and comes to NACR after 17 years at Atos (formerly Siemens IT Services). As VP of Global Accounts there since 2008, he was in charge of multiple global IT Outsourcing (ITO) programs in the finance, media, telecommunications, and technology industries -delivering services in 50+ countries for 100,000 end users through a global network of employees and third-party vendors. Under his leadership, his organization expanded revenue by 7% year over year on existing accounts and won $750 million in new business over 18 months. He was appointed to the Top Talent Club and the President's Club from 2004 through 2012, and received the Chairman's Award in 2013 for closing the largest North America deal in the company's history.
