WUPV, known on air as CW Richmond, is the CW television affiliate servicing the Richmond/Petersburg television market and is licensed to the nearby town of Ashland.

It broadcasts on digital channel 47. WUPV is also available on both Comcast and Verizon FIOS  on channel 13.

The station is owned by Southeastern Media Holdings Inc. 

CW Richmond offers some of PrimeTime's Hottest shows such as, Gossip Girl, 9O21O,  Vampire Diaries and Nikita .  In addition to CW programming, WUPV airs a 6:30pm newscast,  House of Payne, TMZ, My Name Is Earl, People's Court, Judge Mathis, Judge Joe Brown, the latest movies and college sports.
